This role involves accurately checking in and out patients, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and maintaining patient records. Qualifications

• Previous medical clerical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the clinic for opening each day and review the facility.
• Greet patients, provide initial paperwork, and obtain insurance copies.
• Register patients, update records, verify insurance, and check out patients.
• Determine and process patient payments, addressing billing issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with follow-up appointments.
• Complete closing procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
