The role includes answering multi-line phones, collecting insurance information, processing payments, and maintaining a neat, compliant front office. Full-time schedule includes rotating 36-40 hour weeks with some weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic computer software and the ability to learn electronic medical records.
• Prior experience in a medical office setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in person and direct them through registration.
• Answer multi-line phones, filing, faxing, scanning, and patient callbacks.
• Check in/out patients, assist clinical staff, and close the office per shift.
• Collect insurance information, verify demographics, process payments, and post balances.
• Maintain a neat, professional front-office environment and adhere to safety procedures.
