Sentara Leigh Hospital in Norfolk, VA is seeking a part-time, rotating shift Guest Relations Representative in the Emergency Department. The role involves welcoming patients, families and visitors, verifying registrations and guiding guests throughout the facility.

You will assist in identifying patient needs, coordinating referrals, collecting data, and supporting leadership in improving customer service and department operations.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as liaison between patients, families, visitors and hospital staff to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Verify patient registration and escort patients and guests to their destination.
• Respond promptly to requests and identify patient and family needs for referrals and services.
• Assist leaders with data collection, reports, and coordination of volunteers and interns.
