Job summary

Cottage Health in Santa Barbara, CA seeks a Clinical Concierge-Float to support registration, payments, rooming, and patient care across ambulatory sites. You may travel between sites using a personal vehicle and assist with front and back office duties under the Clinic Manager and on-duty provider.

Qualifications include completion of a Vocational Nurse or Medical Assistant program (or 2 years related experience), California LVN/MA licensure with BLS, knowledge of medical terminology and Epic

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Vocational Nurse or Medical Assistant education program or 2 years of equivalent work experience.
• California licensure as a LVN or Medical Assistant certification, and BLS for Health Care Providers.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic health records (Epic); basic computer/email skills.

Responsibilities

• Register patients, collect payments, and room patients for visits.
• Assist providers with care, treatment, and discharge; follow up with patients and families.
• Handle front and back office duties across outpatient settings; float between ambulatory sites as needed.
