Job summary

CenExel Clinical Research is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist for our Los Alamitos, CA site. You will greet patients and visitors, answer calls, and ensure a positive first impression in a fast-paced clinical research environment.

This role supports daily front office operations, maintains the lobby, and assists with secretarial tasks. A high school diploma or GED is required, and 1 year of experience is preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Professional, friendly demeanor with patients and the public.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clear and effective communication in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Greets all entering the office courteously and attentively.
• Answers and directs telephone calls appropriately.
• Provides customer service by ensuring that individual’s needs are taken care of promptly and efficiently, and each individual has a pleasant experience in the facility.
• Maintains front office area and takes care of secretarial needs, i.e. Printing, Scanning, Faxes.
• Maintain and organize lobby.
