Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Book, reschedule, and cancel patient visits using the EMR system.
• Verify demographics and insurance information when scheduling appointments.
• Route calls and messages to clinicians and staff per guidelines.
• Document detailed interactions in the patient chart with accuracy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
