Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Trained and experienced on computerized PBX switchboards.
• Data entry experience is a plus; Spanish language ability is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Advances callers to appropriate destination numbers.
• Processes patient requests through computerized telephone system and manages phone setup.
• Responds to emergency alarms and alerts designated personnel; supports disaster procedures.
