Job summary

New York Cancer and Blood Specialists in Ridge, NY is seeking a Patient Communications Operator to handle a high-volume phone desk, address inquiries, and resolve issues while protecting patient privacy.

You will enter data into our systems, support front-desk operations, and work in a team that values clear communication. A high school diploma and strong customer service are required; English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
