AVP•SEES Group is seeking a Patient Communication Representative to be the first point of contact with our practices’ communities. You will greet callers, assist with scheduling, and ensure patients feel cared for with a courteous and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities include answering calls, registering patients, verifying information, scheduling, rescheduling, and handling payments while maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

As a Patient Communication Representative, you will serve as the first line of contact for our community with our practices. You will play a key role in ensuring that patients are greeted on the phone with a kind, courteous, and professional demeanor. You help patients with smooth scheduling. You strive to master the art of great customer service and patient interaction.
