Michigan Orthopaedic Surgeons is seeking a Patient Collections Specialist (PCS) to be the primary contact for patients and staff in our high-volume clinics. You will manage a large daily flow of calls and electronic inquiries, explain billing details, and uphold our patient-first billing policy.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a medical office or billing role, strong listening and negotiation skills, and comfort with EOBs, copays, and denial codes.

The ideal candidate maintains a customer-first approach while adhering to MOS Collection Policy.
