Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical program.

Responsibilities

• Assists with initial evaluation and treatment of patients in assigned areas.
• Conducts history and physical examinations and documents in EMR.
• Writes orders in accordance with hospital policy and patient needs.
• Evaluates progress and adjusts treatment plans accordingly.
• Initiates referrals to appropriate departments and resources.
• Documents progress notes and treatment plans for each visit.
