Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Technician or Technician Apprentice to be at the front line with customers, learning through an earn‑while‑you‑learn training path and preparing for PTCB certification. The role emphasizes patient care, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.

The candidate will work under supervision to assist pharmacists, operate pharmacy systems, handle prescriptions, and support daily store operations while building strong relationships with patients

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Attention to accuracy in medication counting and labeling.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and related duties.
• Enter patient and drug information into pharmacy systems and process prescriptions.
• Support inventory management and ensure shelves and stock are organized.
• Provide excellent customer service and help customers with products and services.
