Techs support pharmacists, handle prescriptions, and interact with customers to build strong patient relationships.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Strong math skills for filling prescriptions accurately.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy.
• Enter patient and drug information and process prescriptions using pharmacy systems.
• Fill prescriptions by retrieving and counting medications and checking for interactions.
• Support inventory management and stores operations as needed.
• Deliver a positive, distinctive customer experience and greet customers.
