Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer good math skills to fill prescriptions accurately.
• Prefer good computer skills.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy.
• Process prescriptions using pharmacy systems and enter patient and drug information.
• Handle cashiers and operate the pharmacy cash register.
• Support inventory management, ordering, unpacking and stocking supplies.
• Convey a positive, distinctive Walgreens customer experience.
