Job summary

Walgreens Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Apprentice who will be front and center, interacting with our customers and building strong patient relationships. Under supervision, you will assist pharmacists, enter patient and drug information, fill prescriptions, and help manage inventory and store operations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English reading, writing and speaking.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in the practice of pharmacy.
• Enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems to process prescriptions.
• Fill prescriptions by counting and pouring medications and verify accuracy.
• Assist with inventory management and clerical duties in the Pharmacy Department.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and healthcare providers.
