Job summary

Walgreens is hiring a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Apprentice to be at the front of the customer experience, interacting with patients and building relationships. You will assist pharmacists, process prescriptions, and support the pharmacy team with daily operations.

The role emphasizes accurate use of pharmacy systems, patient care, and maintaining good inventory and workflow under supervision. Evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience or PTBC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision and help with prescriptions.
• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers to products.
• Enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems.
• Handle cash transactions and balance at the register.
• Support inventory management and clerical duties in the pharmacy.
