Job summary

Qualifications

• Must adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Handle highly confidential information with discretion.
• Completion of national registration, certification or licensure.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacist in responsibilities unless requiring professional judgement.
• Provide a stellar customer experience while completing reception, data entry, adjudication and dispensing steps.
• Assist in coaching and training clerks and technicians.
• Compound medications per regulations where applicable.
• Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription data against records.
• Support non-dispensing services via various platforms and applications.
• Complete CLIA-waived screenings in compliance with laws and policies.
• Comply with sanitation and safety regulations; report unsafe conditions.
