Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; CMA certificate preferred.
• CPR certification within 90 days of employment.
• Proficiency with core clinical competencies and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Take clinical intake: measure and record vital signs and document in EMR.
• Administer immunizations under provider direction and document in EMR.
• Collect patient specimens following established protocols.
• Support safety, accuracy, and efficient clinic flow per policies.
• Use EMR to complete tasks accurately and timely.
• Communicate with patients, providers and team members clearly.
• May float within the clinic to support continuity of care.
• Assist psychiatry clinics: liaise with rural staff and schedule issues, administer injections.
