Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR training within 90 days of employment.
• Proficiency with HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
• Accurate documentation in EMR.
• Intermediate computer/data entry skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience in clinical settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical intake and document vital signs in EMR.
• Administer immunizations under provider direction and update EMR.
• Collect patient specimens following protocols.
• Follow policies to support patient safety and clinic flow.
• Utilize EMR for assigned tasks and timely completion.
• Communicate with patients, providers, and team members.
• Float within the clinic as needed.
• Support psychiatric clinics with scheduling and coordination.
• Assist in achieving accreditation goals and Quintuple Aim.
