Responsibilities include clinical intake, immunizations, specimen collection, and ensuring smooth clinic flow. Preference for bilingual English/Spanish candidates with a High School diploma and CPR readiness within 90 days.

• Ability to effectively communicate with the patient population.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete the clinical intake requirements and record patient data in the EMR.
• Administer immunizations under provider direction and document in the EMR.
• Collect patient specimens following established protocols.
• Follow clinical policies to support patient safety and clinic flow.
• Utilize the EMR to complete tasks accurately and timely.
• Communicate using appropriate medical terminology.
• Demonstrate attention to detail in documentation and specimen handling.
• Interact with patients, providers and team members clearly and respectfully.
• Accept feedback and incorporate coaching to improve performance.
• Float within the clinic to maintain business continuity.
• Support psychiatry clinics tasks and scheduling concerns as needed.
