Job summary

ChenMed is expanding and seeking a Care Promoter 1 to support routine administrative and clinical duties under physician supervision. You will help prepare patients, collect vitals, and assist with exams to keep centers running smoothly.

Successful candidates bring strong communication, empathy for patients, and front-line teamwork. Evening/weekend shifts may be required as part of clinic operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Graduation from Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician, EMT or Paramedic program.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.

Responsibilities

• Record patient vital signs and medical history.
• Communicate patient needs to the PCP and clinicians.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist with procedures.
• Monitor patient status and report changes to care team.
• Assist with medication administration and basic lab tasks.
• Support patient education and health coaching.
