Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a Medical Assistant Program or one year MA experience or current RN/LPN license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required before start date.
• Demonstrated basic computer skills for word processing and data entry.
• Professional manner and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with patients and fellow caregivers to deliver high patient satisfaction.
• Ability to protect PHI and privacy of patients, members and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the clinician's direction and assist the provider in gathering information relevant to the visit.
• Communicate clearly with patients via phone and in-person interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate patient care and ensure thorough follow-up.
