Job summary

UC Health in Hamilton, OH is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to support providers and clinical teams by preparing exam rooms, taking vital signs, and obtaining patient histories.

You will assist with examinations and procedures, document patient information, manage medical records, coordinate appointment flow, and maintain a safe, clean environment while delivering patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program and current certification or registration preferred.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology to accurately understand and document clinical information.
• Experience in a Medical Office setting, including appointment coordination and basic administrative responsibilities.
• Skills in Patient Care, including taking vital signs, gathering histories, and maintaining patient comfort.
• Familiarity with Medical Records management and adherence to privacy regulations.
