Qualifications

• Performs administrative and clinical duties as delegated by licensed personnel.
• Communicates clearly with patients and families; ensures patient comfort and safety.

Responsabilités

• Obtain intake information for a specific patient population.
• Assist provider by documenting notes, orders and prescriptions in the EMR.
• Prepare and maintain clinic area, stock rooms, and secure equipment.
• Return routine patient calls and coordinate tests, imaging, admissions and lab services.
• Greet patients, answer telephones, file records, and handle insurance forms.
