Northwestern Medicine is hiring a Housekeeping Assistant Specialist I to support Environmental Services. You will perform general and heavy cleaning of operating rooms, patient rooms, offices and public areas, using hospital-approved chemicals and equipment, under supervision.

The role includes rotating shifts, weekend rotations, and overtime eligibility. Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED and 1–2 years of experience.

Qualificações

• Ability to understand oral instructions.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• One to two years of experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs general and heavy cleaning of operating rooms, offices, patient rooms, and public areas.
• Vacuums carpeted surfaces and damp mops hard floors.
• Cleans and maintains equipment and ensures storage areas are neat and orderly.
