Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN license in state of practice (NJ).
• BSN or higher preferred within 3 years of hire.
• Minimum of two years Med/Surg/Tele RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients, families and staff in line with Jefferson values.
• Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and post-discharge steps.
• Document care in health records and participate in safety/quality initiatives.
