Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Valid RN license with BLS, PALS and other hire-related certifications.
• Direct patient care experience is preferred; strong communication and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based practice.
• Deliver relationship-based, culturally competent care tailored to patient needs.
• Communicate with patients and families; support shared decision-making.
• Coordinate safe care delivery and promote teamwork and performance improvement.
• Mentor and serve as a preceptor to foster growth and a healthy work environment.
• Engage in research, quality improvement, and evidence-based activities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and safety protocols.
