Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, perform, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs, promote safety, and enhance satisfaction.
• Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans, including patient education and discharge planning.
• Deliver direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures following policies.
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate proactively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Troubleshoot equipment and participate in evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Contribute to unit decision-making, quality, and safety programs, and work as part of a team to meet organizational goals.
