Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
• Ability to provide comprehensive, compassionate care in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, perform, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs, ensuring safety and satisfaction.
• Conduct assessments within scope of practice and standards, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Develop and coordinate care plans, including patient education, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Deliver direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, evaluating and adjusting interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to proactively address patient needs and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Participate in evidence-based practice decisions, quality improvement, safety initiatives, and unit goals.
