Job summary

Mainline Health Systems Inc. is seeking a Quality Improvement Coordinator in Monticello, AR. The role partners with the Clinical Quality Manager to develop service delivery systems aligned with a Patient Centered Medical Home model. Expect data entry, program development, and collaboration across health services.

Work hours typically 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Friday, with schedule adjustments as needed to meet duties and goals.

Qualifications

• LPN license or equivalent medical experience required.
• One year of medical/clinic experience preferred (medical assistant acceptable).
• Experience with EMR systems and basic Excel/Word skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs to promote preventive screening and population health.
• Enter and manage patient data in the EMR.
• Assist in identifying quality improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports on projects and patient outreach tasks.
• Communicate with patients and staff daily in a courteous manner.
