Qualifications

• Minimum education of LPN or medical experience equivalent in a medical setting.
• Medical Assistant with one year or more related experience in medical/clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates development and implementation of programs to promote preventative screening and population management.
• Assist in collection and entry of patient data into the EMR.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality of care and patient outcomes.
• Compile reports from data collected on various projects.
• Notify and recall patients regarding missed appointments and care plans.

Education
