Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certificate from accredited school for Phlebotomy or two+ years of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification and fingerprint clearance card required.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws by venipuncture for all ages.
• Monitor quality control on supplies, equipment, and devices.
• Input and retrieve lab orders and results in the EHR/LIS.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.
