Job summary

Ear, Nose & Throat Specialties, PC in Lincoln, NE seeks a Physician Assistant to join our clinic and manage ENT conditions while performing minor in-office procedures. You will handle postoperative checks, new patient evaluations, and follow-ups, with dedicated after-hours calls and rotating Friday afternoon on-call.

Qualifications

• Valid Physician Assistant license in Nebraska.
• Experience in ENT preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to perform minor procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to patient care and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• See and manage clinic patients in the office.
• Conduct post-operative checks, new patient evaluations, and follow-up visits.
• Perform cerumen removal, removal of foreign bodies from ear/nose, nasal endoscopy, control of epistaxis, post-op sinus debridement, I&D of abscess, auricular hematoma management, drains and sutures removal.
• Answer patient phone calls and contact patients with results.
• Provide patient education and support.
• Complete charts in a timely fashion and handle billing and coding for charts.
• Take one evening of after-hour phone calls per week.
• Participate in rotating Friday afternoon call.
