Horizon Health in Huron, SD is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse or Certified Medical Assistant to provide nursing care in an outpatient clinic setting. We aim to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, team-oriented environment that supports community health and wellness.

Must have a valid SD Nursing License; Medical Assistants must be certified through an accredited program.

Qualifications

• Must have SD Nursing License (for RN/LPN) or be certified Medical Assistant (for CMA) as applicable.
• Strong patient-care and communication skills with a team-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate care for patients through the visit, including vitals, history, medications and EHR documentation.
• Provide patient education on health management and referrals, and develop care plans.
• Perform nursing skills within license scope (injections, vaccinations, labs, x-rays) and support lab/x-ray tasks as needed.
