Horizon Health in Aberdeen, SD is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse or Certified Medical Assistant to provide nursing care in an outpatient clinic setting. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid SD Nursing License.
• Medical Assistants must be certified through an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for patients through the entire visit, including vitals, history, updating medications and the EHR, and preparing for provider visits.
• Provide patient education on health management, referral management, and care planning.
• Perform nursing skills within scope of license, including injections, vaccinations, labs, and x-rays; on-the-job training for labs and x-rays.
