Job summary

Winchester Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, seeks a Clinical/Administrative Associate to support the unit with clinical and administrative tasks, assist with patient care and ADLs, and help transport and chart patients.

Requires English proficiency, basic computer skills, and strong communication. Preferred CNA or nursing student with clinical rotation; a pay range of $19.50–$26.24 per hour is offered based on experience and shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• CNA certification is preferred or nursing student with clinical rotation.
• Graduate of Winchester Hospital Clinical Associate Training Program preferred.
• Minimum three months clinical care experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and effective English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Provide both clinical and administrative assistance on the unit.
• Perform basic procedures to support patient care, including ADLs and transporting patients.
• Welcome and orient patients and family members to the environment.
• Provide administrative support to allow the patient care team to focus on care.
• Maintain accurate, complete medical charts and expedite paperwork among departments.
