Qualifications

• Completion of state approved Level 1 Nurse Aide training and competency evaluation program.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; higher education supersedes requirement.

Responsibilities

• Greets and directs patients and visitors professionally.
• Assists with basic nursing care and activities per RN/LPN supervision.
• Measures vital signs and records data.
• Documents accurately according to unit standards.
• Maintains clean, safe patient environment and documentation.
