Emerson Health in Concord, MA is seeking a compassionate Patient Care Technician (PCT) / CNA to support obstetrics, postpartum, neonatal, and women's health units. This full-time role pays $19.00–$25.00 per hour and operates on Day/Eve shifts (7a-7:30p).

You will take vital signs, assist with care, support nurses, monitor patients, and contribute to a safe, respectful hospital environment. Prior CNA/PCT experience is preferred with BLS required.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience as CNA or PCT preferred.
• BLS Certification - Healthcare Provider required.
• CNA certification preferred.

• Take and document vital signs accurately.
• Assist patients with basic care needs and comfort measures.
• Support nurses with routine patient care tasks.
• Monitor patient needs and communicate observations to Registered Nurses.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive patient care environment.
• Provide compassionate customer service to patients and families.
• Support care for antenatal, postpartum, neonatal, and gynecological patients.
