Job summary
WellNow Urgent Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our expanding network of urgent care clinics. You will serve as a vital link between front desk operations and clinical care, supporting providers and delivering high-quality patient experiences.

Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience as a Patient Care Technician or similar role, or equivalent education/certification.
- Preferred experience in Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine, and/or Phlebotomy.
- CPR certification is required; comfortable with EMR usage.
Responsibilities
- Take patient history and obtain vital signs.
- Perform phlebotomy and collect lab samples if certified.
- Enter lab results and related paperwork in the EMR accurately.
- Assist providers with exams and testing.
- Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and keep exam rooms clean and stocked.
