WellNow Urgent Care is hiring a Patient Care Technician to serve as a critical link between front desk operations and clinical care. The role includes patient history taking, vital signs, phlebotomy if certified, and assisting providers with exams and tests in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience as a Patient Care Technician or similar role; OR equivalent education/certification in a related healthcare field.
• Preferred experience in Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine, and/or Phlebotomy.
• Ability to register patients on the computer using EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Take patient history and obtain vital signs.
• Perform phlebotomy if certified and complete lab paperwork.
