Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care.
• Ability to perform delegated tasks within scope of role.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families and the care team.
• BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsabilidades

• Communicates with interprofessional team, patient, family and designated care partners.
• Performs direct and indirect patient care under supervision of licensed clinicians.
• Maintains a safe patient care environment.
• Assists in maintaining supplies and equipment for efficient unit operations.
• Conducts patient rounds and responds to call lights promptly.
• May serve as a virtual safety associate as needed for campus needs.
