The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with CNA preferred and BLS-HCP certification within 6 months. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to support patient flow and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct patient care preferred.
• BLS-HCP certification within 6 months of hire is required.
• Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care including vitals, bathing, and daily living activities.
• Assist with patient transport, room setup, and equipment handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in patient care areas and assist with documentation.
• Support registration, inquiry response, and customer service on unit.
• Participate in orientation, competency validation, and unit governance as needed.
