Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Effective interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills required.
• May require CNA certification for certain facilities or roles.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic nursing care and performs technical skills for specified age groups.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living and documents observations.
• Transports patients, supplies and equipment; maintains unit cleanliness and safety.
• Supports registration, answers calls, and participates in unit quality activities.
