Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides and collaborates direct patient care services under the direct supervisor of a licensed caregiver.
• Assists, observes and reports changes in patient condition and maintains medical record documentation.
• Addresses questions or concerns from patients, families, caregivers, or health care team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
