• One year of healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support admissions and discharge processes and ensure patient safety practices.
• Monitor patients' physical, mental, and emotional conditions and report changes to the nurse.

The unit primary focus of this role is ERAS (enhanced recovery after surgery). This includes early mobility, ICS (incentive spirometer) use, and getting out of bed for meals. Provide patient care, support the admissions and discharge process, and comply with patient safety practices under the direction of the professional nurse.
