Formación

• CNA Certification or currently enrolled in School of Nursing with basic clinical rotations completed.
• CPR recognition by the American Heart Association (BLS for Healthcare Providers).
• Minimum of 90% on annual mandatory Health and Safety Training quizzes.
• One year of college or nursing education or equivalent experience preferred.
• High school diploma required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct Patient Care: assists with admission, transfer and discharge, records vital signs and monitors patients.
• Direct patient care activities include feeding support, newborn care and specimen collection.
• Indirect patient care: maintains a safe, clean environment and supports RN duties as needed.
• Performs phlebotomy and prepares patients for procedures per unit protocol.
