Advocate Health seeks a dedicated Nurse Aide to support daily living activities for patients. You will assist with personal care, monitor health vitals, and help with nutrition and mobility, while ensuring safety and cleanliness of rooms.

The role includes light clerical duties, maintaining records, and following state guidelines for Nurse Aide tasks. Training in ECG and venipuncture is provided as needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current Nurse Aide I or II listing with the state Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Assist with personal hygiene.
• Take vital signs and measurements.
• Feed and ambulate patients per procedures.
• Keep patient rooms clean and orderly.
• Observe and report changes in condition.
• Orient patients and educate on safety.
• Assist with clerical tasks and data entry.
• Maintain inventory of supplies.
• Perform Nurse Aide I/II tasks per state guidelines.
• Perform ECGs and venipuncture with proper training.
