Job summary

Saline Memorial Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) for Med Surg to join our night shift team in Benton, AR. The role is full-time and involves 3x12-hour shifts from 7pm to 7am, with weekends possibly varying.

You will work under RN delegation to monitor vitals, support activities of daily living, and help maintain clean, well-stocked patient areas. We value compassion, teamwork, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience preferred (6 months)
• BCLS required; Handle with Care preferred
• Education: High School diploma preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs basic patient care as delegated by an RN, including monitoring vitals and intake/output
• Assists patients with activities of daily living
• Observes and reports abnormal findings to nursing staff
• Maintains clean, safe patient rooms and common areas
• Manages the tech desk and supports nursing staff
• Documents care per unit standards
• Performs other duties and participates in education programs
