Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in an acute care setting or currently enrolled in a Nursing program preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with delegated basic patient care tasks and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Record vital signs, height, weight, oxygen saturation, intake/output and report findings to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Support patients with meals, bathing, oral care, grooming, linen changes, and hygiene needs.
• Assist with patient positioning, ambulation, and use mobility aids such as walkers and wheelchairs.
• Collect urine/stool samples and perform blood glucose monitoring; document results for the care team.
• Communicate patient information effectively to the care team and adhere to safety protocols.
