Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support nursing staff across units.
• Obtain clinical data, monitor vitals, and document findings.
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and environment; support discharge planning.
• Assist with hygiene, activities of daily living, and transport as needed.
• Participate in PI activities and maintain quality of care standards.
